Overview

Malta is an EU and Schengen Area member state located in the heart of the Mediterranean, offering construction workers access to a stable, Euro-denominated income and EU-standard labour protections. SkillBridge Global is actively recruiting 50–100 skilled construction workers for verified Maltese employers. Available positions span structural, civil, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) trades — making this an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals seeking EU employment without the need for formal academic qualifications.

Malta offers EU employment with a competitive base salary of €1,200+ per month, with overtime available and encouraged including weekends to significantly boost earnings. The entry barrier is low — only a work experience letter is required, no formal education, and there is no age limit. Malta is English-speaking, has a warm Mediterranean climate, a low crime rate, and full EU labour protections apply. This is one of the most accessible EU work pathways for experienced tradespeople.
