Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026 · SkillBridge Global Services PLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of SkillBridge Global Services PLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who we are & what we do

SkillBridge Global Services PLC is a registered education and migration consultancy. We provide:

  • Study placement — admission guidance and placement at partner universities in South Korea, including scholarship support.
  • Work abroad — facilitation of work-visa programmes and placements in destinations such as Japan, Australia, Finland, Lithuania, Malta and the USA.
  • Language training — Korean language courses and TOPIK preparation.
  • Skills & assessment — career and skills services and eligibility assessments.
  • Visa & documentation support — preparation and submission support for admission and visa applications.

2. Our role as a facilitator

We act as a facilitator and consultancy. We work with partner universities, institutions, placement partners, employers and authorities to support your application. We do not control and cannot guarantee the decisions of any third party, including admission decisions by universities, hiring decisions by employers, or visa decisions by immigration authorities. Final decisions rest entirely with those third parties.

3. Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (minors require parental/guardian consent) and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting false or fraudulent information may result in rejection by third parties, termination of services, and possible legal consequences.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documents, and meet all deadlines.
  • Pay all applicable fees when due.
  • Comply with the rules and requirements of universities, employers and immigration authorities.

5. Fees & payments

  • Our service fees, assessment fees and any other charges are shown to you before you commit and are payable as invoiced.
  • Tuition, government/visa fees, medical, travel, insurance and other third-party charges are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility.
  • Our service fees cover our services and are not contingent on the outcome of any third-party decision.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; their terms also apply.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the services already performed. Fees for services already rendered are generally non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No guarantee of outcome

While we work diligently on your behalf, we do not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarship awards, employment, visa approval, or any particular result, because these depend on third parties and on factors outside our control. Estimated costs, timelines and figures provided through our tools are indicative only.

8. Third-party partners & institutions

Your application may involve partner universities, placement partners, employers, language institutes, payment processors and immigration authorities. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies or decisions of these third parties. Any agreements you enter into directly with such third parties are between you and them.

9. Agents & partners

We may work with approved agents and partner organisations who refer or support applicants. Approved agents act within the scope we authorise; we are not responsible for representations made by any person or organisation that is not an authorised representative of SkillBridge Global Services PLC. If you are unsure whether someone is an authorised agent, please contact us.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to SkillBridge Global Services PLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting unlawful or fraudulent content, interfering with the platform, or using it for any purpose other than legitimate applications and enquiries.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBridge Global Services PLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from third-party decisions (including admission, employment or visa outcomes). Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the service fees you have paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SkillBridge Global Services PLC harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your provision of false or fraudulent information or documents.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to amounts already due.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
