Kennedy Nwagbala founded SkillBridge Global with a singular vision: to dismantle the barriers that prevent talented people from accessing world-class education and employment opportunities abroad.

With deep expertise in international education consultancy, Kennedy built SkillBridge on the pillars of integrity, transparency, and excellence — personally overseeing client relationships, partner university negotiations, and the company's expansion into new markets.

How We Got Here

SkillBridge Global was born from a deep frustration with the lack of honest, competent guidance for Africans seeking international opportunities. What started as a personal mission quickly became a structured business dedicated to doing things the right way.

Year 1

Foundation

SkillBridge Global Services PLC is founded by Kennedy Nwagbala with a clear mission: to provide transparent, ethical international education and employment consultancy services to Africans.

Year 1

First Partnerships

Secured partnerships with the first Korean universities under the Korea study pathway pathway — gaining official authorization to facilitate international student enrollments.

Year 2

Expanded University Portfolio

Grew to 22 partner universities across South Korea — including KoreaTech, Woosong, Dongseo, Jangan, Kimpo, JBNU, Hanil, and aSSIST — offering 202++ programs.

Year 2

Work Visa Division Launched

Expanded beyond study abroad to launch the Work Visa division — opening pathways for skilled workers to Japan (SSW), Australia, Finland, Lithuania, and the USA (EB-3).

Year 3

Digital Platform Launched

Launched the SkillBridge online platform — allowing clients to apply, track applications, upload documents, and manage payments all in one place.
