This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for service fees paid to SkillBridge Global Services PLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Our service fees cover the work we perform on your behalf (consultation, application preparation and submission, documentation and coordination). Third-party charges — such as tuition, university application fees, government and visa fees, medical, insurance and travel — are paid to those third parties and are governed by their own refund rules, not ours.
Because our fees pay for professional services, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. This includes assessments completed, applications prepared or submitted, and documentation work carried out.
If you cancel before we have begun substantive work on your application, you may be eligible for a refund of the corresponding service fee, less any non-recoverable costs or processing charges already incurred.
Our service fees are not contingent on the outcome of any third-party decision. A rejection by a university, employer or immigration authority does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of service fees, since the work was still performed.
Send a written request to kennedy@skillbridgegsl.com with your name, application reference and the reason. We will review and respond, and any approved refund will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
