Program Overview

Malta is actively recruiting 50-100 experienced hospitality professionals through SkillBridge Global. Positions span all departments of hotel and restaurant operations — from kitchen and front-of-house to spa, housekeeping, and management. Only a work experience letter is required with no formal education and no age limit. Malta is an EU/Schengen member with English as a co-official language, offering full EU labour protections and a stable Euro income. Overtime including weekends is available and encouraged.

Cook / Chef / Kitchen Helper
Food preparation, cooking, and kitchen support roles in Maltese hotels and restaurants.
Barista / Bartender / Bar Back
Bar service, coffee preparation, and bar support across hospitality venues.
Waiter / Waitress / Host / Captain
Front-of-house food and beverage service, guest hosting, and table management.
Housekeeping / Public Area / Pool Attendant
Room cleaning, public area maintenance, and pool-side attendant duties.
Spa Therapist / Spa Attendant
Spa treatment delivery and wellness area attendant roles.
Reservation Agent / Receptionist
Front desk, guest check-in/check-out, and reservation handling.
Kitchen Cleaner / Steward
Kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, and back-of-house cleaning duties.
F&B Supervisor / Manager
Supervision and management of food and beverage operations.
Pizza & Sushi Chef
Specialist pizza and sushi preparation for restaurants and hotel outlets.

Salary & Compensation
EUR 1,200+ / monthly gross

EUR 1,200+ per month (8h/day, 5 days/week). Overtime available and encouraged including weekends. Govt fees paid separately: Skill pass EUR 480, Work permit EUR 600, VFS EUR 400, Insurance ~EUR 150 (all non-refundable, total ~EUR 1,630).
