Program Overview

Malta is actively recruiting 50-100 experienced construction workers. Only a work experience letter is required. EU/Schengen member, English-speaking, full EU labour protections.

Steel Fixer
Structural steel fixing and rebar installation on Maltese construction sites.
Shuttering Carpenter
Formwork and shuttering carpentry for concrete structures.
Scaffolder
Erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on active construction sites.
Mason / Bricklayer
Masonry and bricklaying for residential and commercial construction.
Electrical Installer
Installation of electrical systems in buildings and infrastructure.
Electrical Supervisor
Supervision and coordination of electrical installation teams.
Mechanical Installer
Installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
Mechanical Supervisor
Supervision and coordination of mechanical installation teams.
Eligibility Requirements
Experience
Minimum 2 years work experience in the relevant construction trade (mandatory)

Based on 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Overtime available and encouraged, including weekends, to maximise earnings.
