The Truck Driver program recruits certified drivers (CE/FC/FD licence) for a Lithuania-based transportation enterprise that operates 200+ modern Mercedes-Benz and Volvo trucks on international freight routes across Europe. The company is headquartered in Šiauliai with approximately 50 driver positions open. The Warehouse Worker program recruits 50 male and female workers (no experience required) for a modern food processing and distribution company in Lithuania that produces cured, smoked, fresh, and frozen meat products for domestic and international markets.

Pay & Earnings

Truck Driver: €90 per day rate. Average net monthly salary €1,700–€2,700 (after Lithuanian income tax + social security deductions of 20–25%). Weekly advance of €300 paid every Friday, deducted from monthly salary. Warehouse Worker: €2,475/month gross. 21% income tax + €50–€100/month utilities deducted. Airfare from home country to Lithuania PAID by the receiving company. Accommodation and daily lunch PROVIDED by employer.

Visa Options

Temporary Residence Permit (TRP)

Initial TRP: 1–2 years, renewable for continued employment. Standard processing: ~€160 (90 days). Fast-track: ~€320 (45 days). VFS Global fee: ~€125. Health insurance: €50–€200 (€6,000 coverage). Employer assists with full TRP process.

National D-Visa

Required before arrival for stays over 90 days. Applied for through the Lithuanian embassy in your home country before departure.

Permanent Residency

Possible after 5 continuous years of legal residence in Lithuania under the TRP. Employment contract is valid for the TRP duration and renewable.

Living & Culture

Cost of living

Lithuania is one of the most affordable EU countries. Vilnius and Kaunas: approximately €700–€1,100/month for a single person including rent. The Warehouse Worker program provides FREE employer accommodation — workers only pay utilities (€50–€100/month). Truck drivers estimate personal expenses of €15–€20 per day while on European routes. Meals are provided by the company during working days for truck drivers. Public transport is inexpensive. Healthcare is low-cost for registered residents.

Culture & work life

Lithuania has a professional and organised work culture. English is widely spoken in the workplace, especially in logistics, IT, and hospitality sectors. EU labour protections apply to all workers — contracts must comply with Lithuanian labour law and EU driving and rest regulations. The company provides cultural orientation on EU work rules and company policies. A 24/7 emergency hotline is available for truck drivers on the road.

Requirements

TRUCK DRIVER: CE / FC / FD driving licence (MANDATORY). Minimum 1 year truck driving experience (2 years EU experience preferred). Age: 20–50 years. Basic English OR Russian (MANDATORY). Must pass medical examination, theoretical, and practical driving test. Asian licences must be converted to EU licences. WAREHOUSE WORKER: Age 18–40 years. Intermediate English level (no certificate required). No work experience required. No formal education required. Expected departure: January–February 2026.
