Program Overview

This program places warehouse and food processing workers in established Lithuanian companies. No prior experience or education is required — making this an excellent entry point to EU employment. The employer covers both flight costs and full accommodation throughout the 2-year contract, significantly reducing the financial burden on the worker. Regular working hours (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) with paid overtime available. Workers benefit from EU-standard labour protections, employer-provided lunch, and a straightforward path to renewing their Temporary Residence Permit.

Salary & Compensation

Gross monthly salary of €2,475. Deductions: 21% income tax + €50–100 utility charges. Working hours: 08:00–17:00, 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week. Overtime available 2–4 hrs/day.
