Finland's shipbuilding and heavy industry sector is actively recruiting skilled Industrial Painters and Sandblasters for facilities in Rauma and Uusikaupunki — two of Finland's key maritime industrial towns. This 2-year fixed-term contract offers a competitive hourly wage of €12 gross, with extensive overtime opportunities including weekends that can significantly increase monthly earnings. Full accommodation is provided free of charge by the employer for the entire duration of the contract. Full legal support for the Finnish Residence Permit application is included. High-pressure spray painting proficiency is mandatory. Shipbuilding or heavy industry experience is strongly preferred.

High-pressure spray painting of ships, industrial structures, and heavy machinery in Rauma and Uusikaupunki shipyards.

Salary & Compensation
EUR 12+ / hourly gross

€12/hour gross. Base monthly salary approximately €2,304+ gross (8 hours/day, 5 days/week). Overtime is available and highly encouraged, including weekends, which can significantly increase total earnings.
